Point of View: SinhaleseA Sinhalese would think that the end of the Sri Lankan Civil War is a relieve. "Finally, after long years of death and tragedy, it has all come to an end. And we have won!" The Sinhalese think that this is their own country and that the Tamils are second-class citizens to the country. They get all rights that they need, because the government supports them. They are happy with their lives and wouldn't want to change Sri Lanka one bit.

Point of View: TamilsIn a Tamil's perspective, there is unfairness to them in their own country. The government supports the Sinhalese more, because most of the parties are Sinhalese political parties. The Tamils don't even get their free rights in their own country. The Sri Lankan Civil War gave them a chance to get the rights they rightfully own, but they had lost that chance. The Tamils are being treated like second-class in their own country, and they are not happy about it.
